For me, a lifestyle tattoo is something that I want to see and feel every single day, no matter what is going on in the world. When I first told my girlfriend about my idea for a lifestyle tattoo she was so excited that we had a discussion about this, but after she got a bit more serious with me, she didn’t think I was serious.

I think most tattoo artists get really into the idea of their art, and the feeling that they give the idea of their work. As a result, most of the tattoo artists I know are extremely focused on getting it right. But I think that it can be a little too focused too quickly, because I think that it is a distraction from the fact that this really means something to you.
