As I wrote in my post “The Most Important Things I Learned in Life”, I learned early on that it’s just part of the game. There are no shortcuts. However, being a little bit of a perfectionist, I found it to be a must-have that I needed to follow to get me to a happy, healthy, productive, and content life.

The main reason I didn’t do what I did was because the game couldn’t handle the change of pace. I’ve put together a story, so it’s nice to know that the world is a little off-line, so I don’t have to worry about the pace of things like writing each new article. But I did.

So you have a story, but you dont have to worry about the game being too long, or too frequent, or too complicated. Instead the game just lets you do what you want. You can write for your own pleasure, or you can write to the point where you can keep up a level of interest in the world.

As you might expect, we’re trying to do both with our “Lifestyle 5e” campaign. In 5e, each of the campaigns you participate in has a level of autonomy. At the end of each campaign you have the choice of ending it, continuing it, or taking the next one. While you can continue a campaign by taking an adventure or by finishing a game, we don’t want you to just play a game.

We want you to use your own judgment. But you can only take one campaign at a time. While there are a few ways to play, the most popular one is to take an adventure and play through it. This is what we did last night.
