The concept of taking a business model to the next level is, well, a bit hard.
How hard is it? I don’t know how to answer that question. I think we’ve all heard the argument that we should use technology to increase operational excellence. So, in my mind, it’s a no-brainer. I don’t think it’s so much the technology that I think we should be using, but the application and implementation of it.
