I don’t think there is a single diet as good as the one listed here. I am not a doctor, and I am not a nutritionist, but I can tell you what works for me. Don’t listen to what your gym trainer tells you. Also, if you are going to do things like buy a gym membership or buy a new outfit, you should do it in conjunction with a good nutrition plan.
