I’ve been teaching myself new things like yoga and meditation, and I’ve done it for years. I do it because it’s important for me, and for that reason I feel it is important for you as well. When I start doing new things, especially things that are new to me, I feel like I am starting to get better. I feel as if I am getting more centered and more relaxed. I feel as if I am getting into a better space.
Its interesting to me that this same mentality seems to be more prevalent among men. Even though I tend to be more physical than most, I have never been more focused. I have a very strong, positive, and positive self-image. I am not an aggressive person, I am not a braggart, and I am not a showoff. My self-image is very positive and I am very proud of that.
