I think that is a crazy idea. There is no reason that the business can’t pay the rent with cash given that the landlord is out of money.

That’s a great point. The business can’t pay the rent with cash because the landlord is out of money, so the landlord is going to have to use his cash to pay the rent. That cash is part of the “business” (the rent) so that the landlord gets paid.

This is something that comes up a lot when people think about moving to a new area. To make the move with no money, the landlord will have to use the rent money to pay the rent. Of course, the landlord is out of cash, so the landlord has to use his cash to pay the rent. That cash is part of the business the rent so that the landlord gets paid. That cash is part of the landlord’s business because he’s an owner of the business.

The rent is $2,000. That’s the difference. It is the difference between the $2,000 and the $1,000 rent. It’s the difference between the rent and the $1,000. The difference is why the rent is so much higher. I don’t know why.

I guess its because the landlord is really smart and knows that its a good deal for him. The landlord knew that he actually could get a better deal than paying the rent.

So what does the landlord have to lose? Not much. Because the business has been successful for the last 5 years. That is a lot of money to lose, so the landlord is in it for the long haul.
