If you are not good at it you are probably not good at it.

I don’t really understand the point of team leaders. I do like the concept. If a team is in trouble, or if an idea that was promising to be a big thing has failed to materialize, then the team need a “leader.” And if you really do your best work, and you just don’t have any of the other skills, then you have no other choice than to be a leader. But that’s not really what the team needs.

I think the point of team leaders (and any other role) is that you are a person who can take any role and make it work. This is a good thing. That is why most people want to be a team leader. In fact, I think most of us want to be a team leader. However, the team leader role is a role that is best suited for certain people.

I think the problem with a lot of people is that they think they are being too nice about the whole thing and too harsh on their team. This is not a good thing. Being too harsh on a team can hurt the morale of your team in a negative way. It can also cause a team to lose focus and lose their ability to think creatively.
