The word “lifestyle” is used to describe a person’s actions and habits. This is not a bad thing. These actions and behaviors are an integral part of our lives, and the way we live our lives has a direct impact on how well and how often we are able to do the things we want to do.
A person with a healthy lifestyle, you can say, can go out and live a good life. A person who is a little unhealthy can go out and live a bad life. A person who is unhealthy in one area can get healthy in another one. A person who is unhealthy in both is probably doing something wrong, but you can’t make them into a good person if they aren’t a little unhealthy in one area of their life.
