Well, I don’t know about you, but I can’t figure out what my next move is. I’m not making money, I’m not getting rich, and I don’t have a clue what I’m doing.

Or is it, if you ask someone if they agree with a statement, you’ll probably get a different answer. The truth is that the only way to find out if someone has heard the answer they are expecting is to ask them. If they do not, then the answer they are expecting is not the answer you will get.

Of course, you always have to pay them fairly, and your job is to make sure they deliver what you pay for.
