When we get too caught up in the “what ifs” and “if onlys” we tend to become complacent or fearful. We become stuck in the past, never making changes we would have otherwise made. We don’t take the time to make a better choice because we fear what might happen if we make a different choice.

We all want to live a healthy lifestyle, and it’s pretty simple. If we want to eat healthy, sleep well, exercise, we need to make some changes. You can’t buy healthy, you can’t buy cheap, and you can’t buy unhealthy. You can still buy a healthy diet, and make some lifestyle changes.

Life is not as simple as that. Making lifestyle changes is going to require some patience and commitment, but it can be done. If you want to see real results in your life, you need to commit yourself to living a healthy lifestyle. You can eat healthy, you can work out, you can sleep well, but you need to make some changes in your life.

A lot of people tend to think that healthy means boring and unhealthy means exciting. But for me that is simply not true. I mean, yes, I love chocolate, red wine, and the smell of freshly baked bread. But that wouldn’t make me a vegetarian. Its about eating real food, but its also about making some lifestyle changes.

My healthy lifestyle consists of eating real food, not drinking too much, exercising regularly, and not watching too much TV. I also avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking. If the past year has been any indication of what this year will be like, it wont be much of a surprise when I start cutting.

A lot of people are probably surprised to learn that exercise is not just about being fit, but it actually helps you feel better. Exercise can help you feel less anxious, more positive, more confident, and more relaxed. You will feel more energized, more focused, and you will start to look and feel better.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
