The louisiana association of business and industry is an organization of local businesses and corporations that have an interest in building and maintaining the community. Our members are some of the more than 200 companies and organizations that have a presence in the state of Louisiana.
Basically, our business and industry organizations are all the same: A bunch of people who get together and try to do things. We don’t make all these decisions alone. Our decisions are made by our members and their representatives. There is no board of directors, no executive committee, no executive management.
If we were to be honest with ourselves, we do a ton of work on our own. We put together various meetings and executive committees to help get things done. But most of our work is a small group of our members who put together the various meetings and committees.
To be honest, I think its true that we all make decisions together, but it is one of the things that makes them so effective. While the best decisions are made collectively, there is still a lot of individualism. And that is why I say it is important to make decisions that are not all-encompassing. I don’t think that is possible. We can’t control our every single decision, but we can control how we decide to make them.

I always wonder how something like that would work in the real world. I think it’s because everyone is a leader. The difference between leadership of a group of people and leadership of a corporation, for example, is that in a corporation you’re not the leader, you’re a manager. In a group of people, you’re the leader, and in a group of corporations, you’re the top person.
It seems as if business leaders are the only leaders in a company that don’t come with a title. They are the ones in charge and they have to make decisions. It’s the difference between a leader and a manager. In the business world, the leaders are the ones who make decisions, not the ones who give orders. That’s a nice analogy for the difference in leadership styles, but it’s not really relevant to the example.
