When we launched it in 1999, we called it “Lifestyle Associates.” The term “associate” meant anyone who worked for us. Now we’re called “Lifestyle, Affinity, Career, Recruiting, and Staffing.” So that’s why we call it “Life Staffing.
As the name suggests, Lifestyle Associates is the company that was founded and has been running Lifestyle since 1995, it’s the one that’s been around since 2000. We call it Lifestyle Incorporated.
As one might guess, we have a lot more resources than just one person. We have offices around the U.S. and Europe, with offices in Asia, Canada, and Australia. We have a network of more than 20,000 employees who are spread across the globe. We have a very large presence in the online market place, with more than 25,000 employees.
As an employer, your responsibilities are to hire, plan and execute. They also make the hiring process as simple as that. They know how to pick up a few employees, and most importantly, they know how to take them out of the way. The more they do this, the more they can handle the work they do in the office. Having a dedicated team of associates is one of the most important things to you.
The lifestyle staffing industry has become a huge part of our economy in the last few decades and the reason is because it is one of the most efficient. The job-seeking process goes like this: you get to a point in the job search where you are actively looking to work at the company. Then you start to receive job offers, and even though the job offer might be great, what you really want is the person who is the right fit for you.
