The truth is most of the time I just feel like I am so weak that I can’t eat, and that’s just not true. I can barely stand on my feet when I am running, and I use cardio much more than I can do yoga when I am running.
The problem is that cardio is a really easy thing to do and you could get a ton of benefits in the long run. Some of the more interesting things that happens when you use it effectively are that you lose weight, you burn off stress, you get more energy, you lose fat, you are more relaxed, you are more focused, you are healthier, and you are generally healthier.
