The biggest problem with getting a salary is that there are no payroll taxes, no overtime, no overtime pay, just a couple of dollars a month. The biggest barrier for employees to get a salary is the amount of overtime you have to pay. For every dollar you pay, there are three overtime hours you have to spend for the rest of your work week. And that means you’re going to have to pay an extra $1,000 per week for it.
